In-App Request
Navigate to Settings → Delete Account within the BdayPin app and follow the on-screen instructions.

Your full name, the email address or mobile number associated with your BdayPin account
A clear statement that you wish to delete your personal data and/or close your account.
2. Processing Your Request
Upon receipt of your deletion request, BdayPin will take the following steps:
Identity Verification: We will verify your identity using the information provided to ensure that the request is lawful and authorized.
Deletion of Data
All personal data associated with your account—including your profile, uploaded content, preferences, and activity history—will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
Data Retention Exceptions
Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
Records necessary for fraud detection and prevention
Financial or transaction-related data for audit or tax compliance
Such data will be retained only for the minimum period legally necessary and securely stored.
Confirmation
You will receive written confirmation once your data has been deleted. This process typically takes up to 15 business days from the date of your request.

If you created your BdayPin account or connected it using third-party platforms (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook), please be aware that you may need to manage or delete your data directly through those third-party services, in accordance with their individual privacy policies.
BdayPin is not responsible for the handling or deletion of data stored on or managed by third-party platforms.
